This update focuses on a critical stability fix for PlaceholderAPI integration.

Fixed PAPI Reload Issue: Fixed a bug where the %bprefix_prefixcolor% placeholder would unregister and stop working after running /papi reload. The expansion now correctly persists through reloads without requiring a server restart.
