🚀 New Features & Commands

• /bmotd test <motd>:
  • Direct ingame testing of arbitrary MiniMessage strings without saving them to the configuration.
  • Outputs the formatted text directly into the chat of the executing player.
  • Requires the permission bmotd.command.test.
• /bmotd preview <name>:
  • Allows targeted previewing of any MOTD defined in the config.yml using its key (e.g., motd1, motd2).
  • Includes automatic tab-completions (suggestions) for all configured MOTD names utilizing the Brigadier API.
  • Requires the permission bmotd.command.preview.

🛠️ Code Architecture & Optimizations

• Command Refactoring: Complete migration of the command logic out of Main.java into the new, modular BmotdCommand.java class under the b.bplugins.bmotd.commands package.
• Dynamic Permission System: Every subcommand (reload, test, preview) now uses clean .requires(...) checks adhering to the uniform schema bmotd.command.<alias>.
