• Fixed BlueMap web-addon mobile Web Push registration by moving Service Worker registration/subscription work to the parent BlueMap page when the embedded chat runs inside the script-written addon iframe. Standalone chat pages still register directly.
• Removed the unnecessary standalone-page requirement for Web Push on supported browsers. iOS/iPadOS still requires launching the site from the Home Screen PWA before Web Push can be enabled.
• Fixed Web Push notification click URLs so subscriptions keep the exact page URL where push was enabled, including BlueMap web-addon pages and standalone chat pages.
• Added upload.max-total-size-mb to cap total files stored directly in upload.directory; 0 keeps the previous unlimited behavior.
• When the upload quota is enabled and a new upload would exceed it, the server deletes the oldest unreferenced uploads first. Files still referenced by chat history, SQLite history, DM/group messages, or preserved pinned messages are not removed.
• If quota cleanup cannot free enough space, the upload is rejected with upload_storage_quota_exceeded instead of writing beyond the configured limit.

Upgrade notes:

• Existing Web Push subscriptions should be turned off and on again from the intended page so the corrected openUrl is saved.
• Set upload.max-total-size-mb manually to enable upload-folder quota enforcement; the default is 0 for compatibility.
