This update improves raid mechanics, update notifications, and overall plugin stability.

Added

• Added join update notifications for OP players and players with blocksiege.admin
• Added new config option:
  • update-check.notify-on-join
• Added Stealer TNT
  • Can steal mob spawners during explosion
  • Dropped spawners keep their original mob type
• Added stored private block item data system

Improved

• Updated raid balance for custom TNT
• Shockwave is now stronger than C4
• Shockwave can break blocks underwater
• Improved block-breaking logic for custom TNT
• Improved private block persistence when removed and placed again

• Fixed a bug where damaged private blocks were fully restored after being broken and placed again
