Features

• Disable-Other-Break can be configured per-region now. Added command /blockregen region break <region> <true/false/unset>. When the option on the region is unset, the default from Settings.yml is used.
• Added messages for failed conditions. Add conditions-message: "...." to the preset. The default is taken from Messages.yml (Conditions-Not-Met).

Fixes

• Most commands can now be ran from the console.
• Avoid sending info messages about saving processes / regions.
