Adds a /send command that creates a bird, bringing your currently held item to another player.

Send items to your friends using carrier pidgeons parrots!
Using /send will spawn a bird, take the item you're holding, and fly it to your target, after which the bird will vanish and drop the item on the floor.
You can use /courier to select another mob type to send your items, if parrots aren't your style.
