[+] Added bingo.host permission.
[+] Added a toggle button in the task list editor to show only the added tasks instead of every single task.

[] Moved application of grace period effect to after the game started.

[] Tags are now set on the card itself using the card creator instead of in the settings menu.
[] Delayed the sendCommandBeforeGameStarts commands to right after the point of teleportation.

[!] Fixed a bug that prevented players from using the previous page and next page buttons on certain GUI menus like the team selection menu.
[!] Fixed a bug that prevented deathmatch from starting, instead ending the game on a tie.
