Goblin Rebalance

The Goblin refunded the full base emerald price on every steal — and since it also discounts prices, that let you profit from trades. Reworked:

• The stolen amount is now random and scales with level. Only a level-100 Goblin can grab the full price back; lower levels get a fraction, so a trade is never profitable below max level.
• It can now also pickpocket the exact item the villager sold (the enchanted book, tool, etc.) in a small random amount — not just emeralds.

Compiles clean on Paper 26.2; 66/66 tests pass. Drop BetterPets-1.17.1.jar into your plugins/ folder.
