Ferret Rebalance

The Ferret's ore sense was too strong, so it has been reined in:

• Pickaxe required — the reveal only works while you hold a pickaxe, making it a mining aid rather than passive x-ray.
• Smaller radius — cut from ~10 blocks to 4–7 (still scales with level).
• Caps at diamond — gold, iron, redstone, lapis, diamond and emerald reveal; netherite is never shown.
• Fewer at once — max glowing ores lowered from 80 to 24.

Compiles clean on Paper 26.2; 52/52 tests pass. Drop BetterPets-1.12.1.jar into your plugins/ folder.
