Collect and Wear Skins

Pets now collect the variants you find.

• Unlock by scrapping — when you scrap a pet whose skin your matching pet hasn't seen yet, that skin is unlocked for your pet (you still get the tokens too). Works with /pets scrap and /pets scrap all.
• Customize menu — sneak + right-click your pet (or just right-click pets that have no other right-click action) to open it:
  • Particles ON/OFF per pet.
  • Pick your skin from everything you've unlocked; the active one is marked.
  • Locked skins are shown as gray panels ("Locked: X — find and scrap this skin to unlock it"), so you can see what's still out there.
• Swapping a skin updates your summoned pet live.

Compiles clean on Paper 26.2; 66/66 tests pass. Drop BetterPets-1.15.0.jar into your plugins/ folder.
