Better Anti Dupe

• Carpet and rail dupers using a slime block to pull the block out sideways are now blocked. Duper prevention only checked for a rail or carpet resting directly on top of a block the piston moved. A newer contraption — an observer, a slime-block column, and a sticky piston with the carpet beside/under the top slime block — dislodges the carpet without it ever sitting on a pushed block, so the piston fired and the dupe went through even with prevent-carpet-dupers on. A moving slime or honey block can now dislodge a rail or carpet from any of its side or bottom faces, not just the top, closing the variant. Both prevent-rail-dupers and prevent-carpet-dupers are honored as before. Only affected block-duper prevention added in 4.0.0.
