• PvP flag. Players can no longer hurt each other inside a claim unless the owner turns PvP on. Covers melee, projectiles, TNT, tamed wolves and harmful potions. You can't shoot out of a protected claim either. "Enable all flags" never turns PvP on. Add PVP to blacklisted_flags to allow fighting everywhere, as before.
• Claim bans. /claim ban, /claim unban, /claim banlist, plus a ban button in each player's permission menu. Banned players are stopped at the border, can't teleport, pearl or ride in, and are moved to safe ground outside if they're already inside. Banning a trusted player also removes their permissions. Owners can never be banned from their own claim, and staff with /claimoverride are never kept out.
• Activity log. A "Recent Activity" button in the claim menu shows what other players did in your claim: blocks broken and placed, containers opened, and attempts your claim refused. Repeated actions are grouped into one line. Block names follow each player's game language. Kept for 7 days (claim_activity_log_days, 0 turns it off).
• Welcome message. Set a message shown on screen to visitors entering your claim, from the claim details menu or with /claim greeting <message>. Owners aren't greeted in their own claim, and a visitor sees it at most once a minute.
• Admin tools. /claimadmin (or /bcadmin), operators only: list <player> with click-to-teleport, tp, info, log, transfer <player>, delete (asks for confirmation and stays restorable by the owner) and reload for config.yml and the language files.

• PvP is now blocked in existing claims by default.
• Database schema v6. Bans and welcome messages survive /claimrestore.
