Changed

• Simpler allowances. Two progressions, each with three settings:
  • Claims: claims_start, claims_hours_per_claim, claims_max
  • Land: blocks_start, blocks_per_hour, blocks_max
  • Maximums are the total a player can reach, not an extra on top.
• Bells follow claims. Each claim a player earns gives them a claim bell to collect with /bellclaim. The separate bell settings are gone.
• Clearer /claimblocks. Shows claims used out of total, time until the next claim, bells waiting, and land per hour up to the maximum.
• Players get one chat message and a bell sound each time they earn a new claim.

Upgrading

• config.yml is converted automatically on first start. Your old values are kept, and the original file is saved as config-before-0.12.yml.
• Back up claims.db before updating, as with any update.
