Bell Claims Reforged
Bell-anchored land protection. Place a bell, sneak and right-click it, and the claim is yours. Trust, bans, PvP flag, mailboxes, activity log and admin tools. Fork of Mizarc's Bell Claims for Minecraft 26.1–26.3.
Список изменений
First release of this fork. Upstream Bell Claims 0.5.1 does not run on Minecraft 26.x; this build fixes that and goes a few steps further.
Compatibility
- Rebuilt for Minecraft 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 on Java 25 (Kotlin 2.4, Gradle 9).
- Verified on Paper 26.1.2 (build 74), 26.2 (build 128) and 26.3 (build 35). Note that Paper's own 26.3 support is still marked alpha — 26.2 is the newest stable footing.
Menus work again
The bundled InventoryFramework had no support for 26.x and threw on every menu construction, so nothing opened: not the bell menu, not /claimmenu, nothing.
The dependency has been removed entirely. Menus are now built on plain Bukkit inventories, with no version-specific server internals anywhere in the plugin. Chest, hopper, furnace and anvil menus were all rebuilt and verified slot by slot on all three Minecraft versions. Anvil text input goes through Bukkit's own PrepareAnvilEvent.
This is the point of the release: a future Minecraft update can no longer take the menus out.
Bug fixes
/claimlistno longer errors out. Page 1 started at index 10, so anyone with fewer than eleven claims hit an out-of-bounds exception. This bug predates 26.x./claimlistrows display correctly. The row template repeated the same placeholder, printing the claim name where the coordinates and block count belong./claimtrustlistpagination fixed. It dropped the last entry of every page, and its bounds check assumed ten rows per page while rendering five, making page two unreachable.- Vault is genuinely optional. It was declared a soft dependency but referenced eagerly, so a server without Vault failed to enable the plugin. It now falls back to the global limits in
config.yml. - Command errors are no longer swallowed. The framework's generic "there was an error performing this command" hid the real exception. The server log now gets the command, the issuer and the full stack trace, and the player gets a short reference code that matches the log entry.
New: restore a destroyed claim
Breaking the bell three times wipes a claim instantly. That is the design, but it costs a player everything at once — by accident or by malice.
Destroyed claims are now archived instead of deleted, and /claimrestore brings one back whole: its shape, its flags and its trusted players, not an empty outline. Restoring checks that the ground is still free and that the player has not since run out of claims or blocks.
/claimrestore— lists what can be restored, with time remaining/claimrestore <number>— restores it- Permission:
bellclaims.command.claimrestore claim_restore_period_hours: 48in config.yml,0to restore the old delete-immediately behaviour- Expired archives are purged at startup

Under the hood
- The project had no tests at all. It now has 53, covering the page arithmetic that caused the
