Changes:

1. Added the ability to generate additional missions for players with a premium pass
2. The mission editor now supports additional_targets
3. Actualized rewards

1. A variety of missions due to a new approach to task accounting and the addition of additional_targets
2. Added the ability to add missions for players with premuim pass
3. Deleted update checking
4. Fixing a bug where the interface could conflict with other plugins
5. Small code refactoring and minor bug fixes
