Note: Because of changes in this release, some things may not work, however I haven't noticed anything after two weeks of testing

Changes:

• Mode system, currently PACKET for versions below 1.19.3 and NMS for 1.19.3 only. Plugin will automatically detect the correct mode on first launch when updating/installing.
• Removed not working/untested features.
• Fixed issues with enable-urls/clickable-urls breaking bridge plugins such as DiscordSRV.
• Cleaned up code.
