Escalating timeout system

First violation: 5 minutes

Each additional violation increases the timeout by +5 minutes

Server-level timeouts

Timed-out players are kicked from the server

Rejoining is blocked until the timeout expires

Admin commands added

/timeout [reason] – manually timeout a player

/untimeout – remove a player's timeout instantly

Permission system

anticheat.admin for administrative commands

anticheat.bypass to bypass AntiCheat checks
