🔄 Update Checker

Added automatic update checker that checks for new versions on SpigotMC
Configurable check interval (default: 24 hours)
Update notifications are shown to:
- All online players with antiautofish.update or antiautofish.admin permission
- On player join
- In server console
New command: /aaf update for manual check
Clickable download link directly in-game

🛡️ CAPTCHA System Improvements

Fixed duplicate CAUGHT_FISH event issue
TriggerPercentage now works exactly as configured (pure 5% chance)
