A lightweight, fully configurable chat spam protection plugin for Paper servers — with optional EssentialsX integration for mutes and kicks.

• Message cooldown — Stops players from flooding chat with a configurable delay between messages.
• Escalating punishments — Automatically progresses from warn → mute → kick, each with its own configurable threshold.
• EssentialsX support — Optionally uses EssentialsX's /mute and /kick commands to integrate with your existing punishment history and logs.
• Built-in fallback — No EssentialsX? No problem. Use the plugin's internal mute and kick system with a single config option.
• Fully configurable — Enable or disable the entire plugin, warnings, mutes, and kicks independently. Only want warnings? Disable mutes and kicks.
• Bypass permission — Exempt staff or trusted players from all spam checks.
• Reload support — Reload the configuration without restarting your server.
