simple plugin that replays all console logs + creative mode interactions to a webhook excluding auth messages, and private messages (/msg), also masks IPs

AntiOpAbuse - V1.3.5
- rewrote logic for uh the commands-only config option so now it acts like a filter rather then just a blacklist
- fixed commands from console not appearing so no happy abusing
- ye thats pretty much it so yea
