Anti-Illegals
Config-driven illegal item remover for Paper/Folia — ban creative blocks, over-enchants, NBT abuse, potions, books, and shulker payloads with per-world rules.
AntiIllegals is a Paper/Folia plugin that finds and removes illegal items before they wreck your economy, crash clients, or give players unfair advantages.
It uses named, fully configurable rules instead of a hard-coded blacklist. Each rule can target materials, stack sizes, enchant caps, display names/lore, CustomModelData, NBT signatures, potion payloads, written books, and nested shulker contents. Rules can run different actions — remove, warn, log, kick, clear inventory, or run a console command — and you can enable different rule sets per world.

Creative/admin blocks (bedrock, barriers, command blocks, etc.) Over-enchanted gear beyond vanilla limits Scam/spam item names and lore Abusive NBT / attribute modifiers Illegal custom potion effects and oversized payloads Malicious or oversized written books (including click/hover events) Illegal items hidden inside shulker boxes (with nesting depth control) When it scans
