2.0.0 - a Fabric port; breaking changes

• Configuration is now in a different place - config/anarmotd/config.json;
• Configuration uses JSON instead of yaml, the rest is unchanged;
• It's now a mod, it should provide parity with 1.x.x Paper plugin (and I'd probably split source into two branches later);
