Appeal system — /adsar appeal , admin approve auto-returns confiscated ores. New AppealManager.java.
Admin offline inbox — reports/warnings/bans auto-recorded; delivered on admin join. New AdminInbox.java.
Confiscation/return with drops-to-feet overflow. New ConfiscationManager.java.
Detection accuracy: speed analysis now skips efficiency/haste-boosted records; QSS alert 45s throttle; Freecam dead-condition fixed; SeedGuard fake-seed rotation task fixed (was never running).
