AdminTool v1.4 - The Maintenance Update

New Features:

• Maintenance Mode: Added /maintenance <on|off>. This locks the server for non-staff and changes the MOTD to alert players.
• GameMode Fix: Renamed the gamemode command to /setgamemode (aliases: gm, gmc, gms) to prevent conflicts with the vanilla Minecraft command.
• Tab Completion: Fixed an issue where commands might not autocomplete correctly for all users.

Core Features:

• Chunk Protection: /chunkprotect and /safechunk to secure areas without complex WorldGuard regions.
• Moderation: Full Ban, Kick, Mute, and Freeze systems.
• Inspection: /invsee to modify inventories and /info to check player stats.
• Chat Control: Lock and Clear chat commands.

Compatibility:

• Works on Minecraft versions 1.16 through 1.21+.
