Admin Dimension Control

New Features

• Added a bypass permission and message
• Added sounds as feedback
• Added two new modes to handle players in a dimension while it gets locked:
  SPAWNPOINT teleports the player to his spawnpoint in the overworld
  OVERWORLD teleports the player to the equivalent coords in the overworld
• Added an announcement when a dimension opens (can be disabled in the config.)

Changes

• Minecraft Versions 1.21.6-26.3 are now supported
• Reload message is now longer hardcodet
• Added all Permissions into the config
• Edited a few message-defaults in the config

Bugfixes

• /dc reload no longer breaks the command state
