This is a simple plugin that applies darkness and slows movement to anyone standing where a smoke bomb lands.

7's Smoke Ball adds throwable smoke bombs to Minecraft servers.

Players can use the smoke bombs to create a thick cloud of smoke, which can be used for escaping enemies, concealing movement, and escalating combat. When activated, the smoke bomb creates particles around the point of impact and provides a temporary visual obscuration effect.
