Changelog:
- Changed bonemealing buried petals to needing floral fertiliser instead.

bit sappy but Agrarian Skies 2 was made by jadedcat, and that pack was what made me love modded minecraft in the first place. so yeah, encouraging jaded amaranthus use makes me happy
- can no longer bonemeal small flowers into tall ones (didn't even know this was a thing)
- Item frame recipe gives 2 per craft
- received permission to bundle the resource packs I'd recommended in the description with this pack. Credits are in the Pack Credits tab as well as credits.txt in the pack folder
- Replaced telemetry text with some other stuff :)
- More lang/patchi adjustments
- updated Patchouli to 1.20.1-85
