Visually Impaired Access Mods

Global changes

• Removed crying portals for not following the packs mission
• Made sign editing auto wrap while you write, as it isn't accessible to know when you've hit the end of a line currently

single player only changes (if mod not installed on server)

• Added /rec command, which allows you to get a text representation of a recipe which can be helpful in some situations
• Eggs that drop on hay that are about to despawn will now hatch instead, as finding eggs in a crouded chicken farm is hard
• All connected pieces of scaffolding will now drop in one place when broken, as scaffolding flying everywhere is a pain to locate for blind players
