Modpack Update - 1.21.5-R1 (Alpha/Beta Test Release)

This is an early alpha/beta test release for Minecraft 1.21.5 compatibility. This version is highly experimental and intended for testing purposes only.

Expect crashes, instability, and potentially broken features. Many mods are temporarily disabled as they await updates or require further testing for 1.21.5.

Do NOT use this version on important worlds without extensive backups.

Core Changes:

• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.5.
• Updated Fabric Loader to 0.16.14.
• Updated various mods to their latest available versions compatible with 1.21.5 (where possible).
