Legendaries ?!

Small update that brings legendary pokemons that can be summoned and found rarely :)

Changes

• Added legendary encounters, so we can finally find lengendary pokemons
• Added other cobblemon extensions to make UI clearer and add more quality of life
• Updated to the most recent fabric stable version
• Added frostiful
• Swapped REI for JEI
  • For some reason it was causing some random crashes?

Balance

Friends and Foes, altough cool, it was removed since. Because of some structure mods there was a high spawn rate of Rascal's which provided a lot of bundles easilly
