Tyrannos MC Expansion

I watched Twisters, I like tornados. I added the Weather Storms & Tornadoes mod.

I removed the Bettermobcombat mod because fighting the vanilla hostile mobs was way too frustrating, and I couldn't disable vanilla hostile mobs from using the better combat system while leaving the guard villagers to be able to use it.
