Hotfix - multiplayer joins were broken on 3.13.0. If you got kicked with a "channel missing on the server side" error mentioning aeroworks or flightlib: this fixes it.

Reverted

• Create: Aeroworks back to 1.3.0 and Create Jetpack back to 5.1.2 - the newer versions ship network channels that do not register on dedicated servers, so every multiplayer join was rejected during the handshake. They return once fixed upstream.

Everything else from 3.13.0 stays. Update your instance before joining - a 3.13.0 client will keep getting kicked.
