i got tired of the incompatibilities between common mods and Roughly Enough Items.
CreateandArs Nouveaudo not have their specialized crafting prompts represented in the REI GUI, as well as multiple other examples (Farmers' Delight, etc.).

Just Enough Items (JEI)- restores recipe viewing functionality
Just Enough Resources (JER)- adds graphs for world-generated resources
Configured(externally sourced)- allows GUI editing of
JEI's settings
