Terraformed Circuitry

This beta does a lot of changes, some of them reverting some previous changes that after further thought, didn't really make the experience of the pack better. With that said, this is most likely the final beta release, spare any bug fixing or qol mods being added.

Changes:

• The main screen now has Terraformed Circuitry as the title instead of Minecraft
• Resonarium Plates are now cheaper to craft (two iron ingots and a resonarium)
• Reverted the Resonarium gear crafting changes
• Reverted the loot table adjustment (lower tier tools can be found once in chests)
• Lower tier paxels can once again be crafted
