Quest Book Overhaul

• Rebuilt the FTB Quests book into 9 chapters and 235 quests with a connected Create-powered progression path.
• Expanded Welcome into a beginner-friendly Create tutorial and added Nomad Essentials, Industrial Horizons, Railway Logistics, and Master Nomad.
• Expanded Rotational Power and Taking to the Skies with workshop, railway, aviation, and capstone objectives.
• Removed quests for unsupported mods while preserving the intentionally demanding Hoarder and Monster Hunting challenges.
• Every quest now awards a tier-appropriate random range of Spurs plus randomized experience.

Pack Upgrades Since v1.0.2

• Applied 39 compatibility-checked mod updates for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.234.
• Upgraded TNM Cosmetics Compatibility to 1.2.7 with correct direct Gecko rendering for Weaver and Armor Series cosmetics.
• Cosmetic items are visual-only, use dedicated Accessories slots, and no longer displace armor through right-click behavior.
• Added the five-tier CreateW cosmetic crate experience and refreshed its curated reward pools.
• Updated MEED and Aero Cam Sync while retaining the dedicated-server-safe Create Encased version.
• Synchronized the client configuration and quest book with the live TechNomads server.
