Versioning Scheme Overhaul

The versioning format has been revised from a single-line scheme (v0.0.0-x) to a dual-format scheme (v0.0.0-x+0.0.0) to better align with Minecraft's rapid and incompatible version changes.

📌 What Changed?

• Old Scheme: v0.0.0-x
• New Scheme: v0.0.0-x+MinecraftVersion
  • Example: v1.3.3-r+1.21.4

🔍 Why This Change?

Minecraft’s 1.21.4 release brought significant backend changes, making previous mod compatibility assumptions unreliable. Tying the modpack version directly to the Minecraft version ensures clarity, better maintenance, and user awareness about version-specific support.

Build Types:

• -a: Alpha Build
