Fix Modrinth boot crash: Cobblemon Quests Reloaded moved to manual install

• Removed Cobblemon Quests Reloaded from the Modrinth client build. It hard-depends on FTB Quests (mandatory ftbquests), and FTB is All Rights Reserved so it cannot ship on Modrinth — the missing dependency crashed the game on boot before FTBChecker could even show its screen.
• It stays in the server pack (the server installs the FTB stack manually).
• FTBChecker now also lists Cobblemon Quests Reloaded (with its Modrinth link) alongside FTB Library / Quests / Teams / Essentials, so Modrinth players get a startup screen telling them exactly which mods to install to enable the quest book and its Cobblemon catch/level/starter tasks.
• Confirmed no other mod in the client pack hard-depends on any FTB mod, so this was the only boot blocker.
