Buff HP by 1.5X in Nether and 2X End for all bosses

Fresh Moves:

• Changed the texture pack from the eye movement version to no eye movement since it made eyes with 3 pixel height turn black.

Pylons changes:

• Infusion req. to 3600s -> 1800s
• Infusion time req. 60s -> 30s

Server changes:

• Disable PvP if you don't plan on doing any (otherwise, spells like chain lightning and summons will damage your friends and they will not be happy).
• In server.properties do allow-flight=true so moves like Ascension don't kick for flying.
• Apply the Pylons changes.
