- Added Overflowing Bars and its dependency Puzzles Lib.
Changes
- Hex Casting staffs and similar items now require magenta pigment.
- Made Spectrum's Overenchanting unlockable.
- Gated the T2 pigment pedestal behind basic Botania; and the T3 pedestal behind basic Malum.
- Botania's runic altar requires lime pigment.
- Create's Mechanical Drills and Deployers now require similar materials as Spectrum's Block Breakers.
