Tweaked some settings in resource packs and spruced underwater up a bit!

• Enchant Icons ► (Shows an icon in front of the enchantment to quickly tell what piece of equipment it applies to)

!Make Bubbles Pop & Enchant Icons

Graphical Enhancements

• Make Bubbles Pop ► (Adds physics to air bubbles so they go around blocks and get pushed by entities, they now also have a popping animation when they expire)

Housekeeping

Fixed some load orders for the resource packs and tweaked the underwater fog slightly.
