This update (and this update only) breaks any modified keybinds due to me messing up configureddefaults and resourcepack managment. This will not happen again.

• Fixed an issue with AppleSkin's HUD being two pixels lower than the hotbar
• Fixed a crash when trying to load a dedicated server (Mods Optimizer was not correctly optimizing away Supplemental Patches)
• Fixed an issue where the shield was invisible (See Replaced Resourcepacks)
• Fixed and issue where a baby zombie's head would be detached from its body (See Replaced Resourcepacks)
• Moved default resourcepacks into Paxi so they will not break keybinds on future updates
