- Added BOMD
- Changed end cities to be more in line with the rest of the end by using Better End Cities for BetterEnd
- Increased build height in the end to 640
- Tweaked fog settings in the end and the nether; I recommend using a render distance of at least 14 in the nether and 18 in the end
