Pasta's Cobblemon Experience v2

(Reupload: forgot to delete a subfolder that caused a friend to crash when present)

Some changes to the default configurations, some new mods I forgot could be in the modpack now because of Neoforge jump, and a couple of removals.

Removed mods:

• AntiXray - It was mostly added as a formality since this modpack is public. The way the mod handles preventing Xray could be seen even without using one, and the way it did so was annoying and disruptive according to my friends, so I removed it.
• Every Compat (Wood Good) - It failed to load properly every other time the game were started or so. It isn't that important to the modpack, so it was removed.
