Pasta's Cobblemon Experience v2

Tweaks:

• Updated most mods that had available updates.
• Cobblemon: Mod is now set to use animated UI icons and the mod now remembers your last used camera perspective when you ride on a Pokémon.
• Subtle Effects: Heart beat sfx and growling stomach sfx are now turned off by default.
• Better Clouds: Will now turn itself off automatically when shaders are in use by default.
• Radical Cobblemon Trainers: Trainers will no longer start battles on their own if they look at you for too long by default.
• EMI: Changed the 'favourite recipe' keybind to F instead of A.

Removed mods:

• Bad Wither No Cookie - I misunderstood what this mod does. It apparently outright removes global sounds instead of making them not-global. I suggest setting the globalSoundEvents gamerule to false instead.
• Create: Renewable Notch Apples - 1 bucket of experience is too cheap for renewable Enchanted Golden Apples. I will work on a different way of aqcuiring them myself in the future.
• Rotom Appliances - Mega Showdown has its own implementation of changing Rotom's form, so this datapack is not necessary to have.
