Minor updates to the modpack

Added:

• Create: Vibrant Vaults
• Create: Vintage Improvments
• Create: Steam & Rails
• Create: Escalated
• Create: Hypertubes
• Petrol's Parts (Create Addon)
• Chat Heads (Client Only)

Removed:

• options.txt | Including it overrides pre-existing users' binds when updating.
• config Folder | Including it overrides pre-existing users' binds when updating.

Known bugs:

• If the world goes black when using DH or shaders, edit config/alexcaves-client.toml and set biome_ambient_light_coloring to false
