Updated Fabric Version to 0.17.3

Added the following mods:

• Resource Pack Overrides (Hides all the default resource packs and edits made to the pack. Cleaning up the resource pack menu)
• Visual Vibrance
• Iris Shaders
• Supplementaries
• Amendments
• Replaced 'Mineable Unmineable' with 'End Portal Recipe' due to conflicts with newer fabric versions

Removed the following mods/resource packs:

Fresh Animations. (Went unused in recent version due to incapabilities)
