Fixes

• Bumped Fabric Loader requirement to 0.19.3 (fixes startup crash with ZFastNoise and Sodium)
• Removed C2ME — one of its optional submodules (natives-math) hard-requires Java 25, which broke launch for anyone on the standard Java 21 runtime
• Added missing library dependencies: ShatterLib/OctoLib 0.6.0.8, Architectury API 19.0.1, Puzzles Lib 21.11.11 (required by ImmersiveUI and Visual Workbench, previously missing)
• Pinned Sodium to 0.8.12 to resolve a version conflict between Iris 1.10.7 (needs Sodium <0.8.13) and Reese's Sodium Options (needs Sodium ≥0.8.12)
• Downgraded Sodium Extra to 0.8.3 to match the pinned Sodium version (0.9.3 required Sodium ≥0.8.13, which breaks Iris)

Cleanup

• Removed leftover config files from mods no longer included in the pack (Tweakeroo, Emotecraft, Do a Barrel Roll, Voxy, and others)
• Removed a stray personal config folder (Inventory Profiles Next) that wasn't tied to any installed mod
• Renamed resourcepack files that contained Minecraft formatting codes in their filenames
• Corrected client/server environment flags so resourcepacks and client-only visual mods are no longer marked as required on dedicated servers

Notes

• This is a client-focused visual + performance pack; most mods are marked client-only and won't be pulled onto a dedicated server
• Recommended Java: 21 (LTS)
