Nightfall: Dead Horizon

The dark isn't empty anymore. And it's watching you. Nightfall: Dead Horizon is a slow-burn survival horror pack for Minecraft. Forget about endless mob spam or cheap jump scares—the goal here is creeping dread. You always feel like something is out there, even when you can't prove it.

The Lurker: Thanks to Corner, an entity stalks you through dark corridors and hallways. It freezes when you look right at it, creeps closer the moment you look away, and vanishes if you get too close.

Brutal Survival: First Aid replaces the standard health bar with localized limb damage, while Tough As Nails introduces body temperature and thirst. Every journey requires careful planning.

Dangerous Darkness: Staying in unlit areas too long triggers Murk's Grasp, causing you to take damage and slow down—an effect that lingers even after you find a torch. (Tip: Enable pitch-black caves in the bundled Complementary Unbound shader for the full experience, as it's off by default).

Immersive Audio: Sound Physics Remastered brings realistic echoes and sound propagation to caves, paired with custom ambient noises and dynamic footstep sounds that make the world feel alive and hostile.
