Small update to add in a mod I keep forgetting

Added the "Paradise blocks" mod.
- Note: This mod's block does not generate in Modern Beta worlds. Although it is able to be smelt into nonetheless.

Updated the "Modernized Retro Pack" to v3.0.1.
-
Fixed & updated the resource pack order, so modern tree leaves should not replace the old ones.
New, intended resource pack order: !packs
