MCParks - The Unofficial Modpack

Summary

Implemented an experimental feature which will allow for communication between clients! At the moment, it only indicates in the tab who is using the modpack by putting a dot next to their name; this dot is only displayed when on MCParks. This update is primarily for development purposes.
